Getting in
Asha's invitation has arrived. In two minutes Asha has a password, is signed in, and knows where everything an account owner needs lives.
Choose a password
- Open the invitation email and follow its link. The link works once, within 72 hours. If it has expired, the administrator sends it again from People.
- Type a new password, then type it again. A few unrelated words make a good one. The page confirms when both entries match.
- Choose Set password and sign in. Asha is signed in and lands on the dashboard.
Signing in after that
- Open https://pmo-assist.gtm.itsaiplatform.com.
- Enter the email the invitation was sent to, and the password. Then choose Sign in.
- Sessions last up to 7 days and end after 12 hours without use.
- Forgot password? on the sign-in page emails a reset link that works once, within the hour.
- Five wrong passwords in a row lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
- Settings › Password changes the password, or signs out every device at once.
What Asha sees
The sidebar only lists what the person can open. As an account owner with no resource profile, Asha sees:
| Sidebar group | Entries | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Dashboard, Portfolio, Projects | The glance, the delivery picture across accounts, and each project. |
| Directory | People, Accounts | The people Asha creates, and the accounts Asha owns. |
Timesheets, Leave and Calendar are missing because Asha logs no time. Org chart and the organisation's settings (branches, departments, designations, shifts, holidays) are missing because an account owner sees only their own corner.
