Who does what
Every step of the walkthrough against the people who may do it. Account owner is Asha, Account manager is Ravi (Account Product Manager with the Manager role), Team member is Meena, and Account viewer is Daniel.

A delivery manager, workspace manager or administrator sets the delivery model. A project's lead adds people but can't change roles or remove anyone; that is the project owner's, or the account Owner's and Admin's.

Logging time needs a resource profile. An Account owner who is a stakeholder logs none; one created as a resource does.
Common questions
The project manager can't create a project. Why?
Creating a project needs a place to put it. An Account Product Manager creates projects only under an account where they hold the Manager role (or Admin or Owner). Add them under Accounts›the account›Members.
The Delivery model field is greyed out.
Setting it needs organisation-wide portfolio rights, held by a Delivery manager, a Workspace manager or an administrator. Ask one of them to set it under the project's Settings›General›Client and contract.
I can't pick a designation for a new person.
A designation brings its template. You can give it only if your own access covers everything that template carries. An Account owner gives Account Product Manager and ordinary delivery designations; an administrator gives the rest.
An allocation is stuck as "Exception pending".
It would overbook the person, so their own manager decides. The manager finds it under Portfolio›Exceptions. If the person has no manager, an administrator decides.
The client says the deck link doesn't open.
A link that has expired or been withdrawn shows a plain page that reveals nothing. Make a new one from Share this deck, and check Active links for what is live.
Daniel can't see this week's status.
Viewers see only published weeks. A lead or the account's manager publishes it from the project's Reports.
The invitation link has expired.
It works once, within 72 hours. Whoever created the person sends it again from People with Resend login.
