PMO Assist documentation · V2.5.2
PMO Assist
Dexian's delivery tool. It puts the work and the people who do it in one place: accounts, programmes and projects; work items, sprints, releases and milestones; who is on the work, what their time costs, and what they logged. Delivery reads it, leadership sees it, and clients receive what delivery shares.

Three ideas behind the product
Every figure is computed, never invented
Ratings, counts, costs and report metrics come from the work itself. AI only writes words around the figures, only when someone asks, and nothing is saved until a person accepts it.
Each project is judged on what its contract pays for
Fixed price on schedule, dedicated capacity on staffing, time and materials and managed service on flow. A red flag anywhere else still shows.
Access follows the organisation
What someone sees comes from their role on each account and project, their reporting line and the templates they hold. Rates are seen only by people who staff the project.
Getting access
- Nobody signs up. Someone who manages people adds each person and sends a login: an email with a link to choose a password. The link works once, for 72 hours.
- Sign in with your work email and the password you chose at https://pmo-assist.gtm.itsaiplatform.com. Sessions last up to 7 days and end after 12 hours idle.
- What you can see comes with your role. An executive is given the Viewer role on the accounts they follow. An account owner holds the Account owner template. A project manager is a Manager on the account. See Access and permissions.
