Executive & Sales Viewer

An executive, a leader or a sales lead who follows client accounts without working in them. Holds the Viewer role on the accounts they follow. Needs to know how each client's delivery is going, in minutes, with the reasons, and to walk into a client meeting with the latest published picture.

Goals

  • Know which clients need attention
  • Speak to dates with confidence
  • Share progress in a sales or QBR meeting

Pain today

  • Asking PMs for status
  • Slides out of date by the meeting
  • Different RAG meanings per team

A week as a viewer

Monday

Dashboard: key figures and what changed since last week across my accounts.

Midweek

Open any project that turned amber and read the reason and the next step.

Before a meeting

Read the account's Delivery tab and its latest delivery report.

Friday

Read every project's published weekly status side by side.

What a viewer never sees

Work items, sprints, drafts and rates. A viewer reads what delivery has published, so what they repeat to a client is what the team stands behind.
