Dashboards

Everyone opens PMO Assist on a dashboard of their own, already shaped for what they do. It is a glance: figures first, at most five things that need a look per panel, and one link to the full list.

Starts right, for every role

A project manager, an account manager, a developer, a line manager, a stakeholder and an administrator each start with different panels. Nobody has to configure anything on day one.

What sits on it

Count

Key figures

Projects off track, milestones late, items blocked over two days, projects with a staffing gap, weekly statuses due, budgets off plan. Each says how it changed since last week and opens its page already filtered.

Act

Needs attention

What is wrong across your projects, Act before Watch: decisions waiting on you, health warnings, long blockers, new intake, empty sprints about to start. Snooze or mark done.

Rate

Health

Changes form with the count: a list with reasons for up to six projects, a grid up to twenty, totals by account beyond that.

Date

Milestones and Releases

What is late, at risk or due in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, worst first.

Staff

Staffing and Budget burn

The biggest gaps over four weeks, and each project read against what its model is paid on.

Report

Reports

Each project's weekly status this period, due and draft first, then the latest delivery reports.

Unblock

Blockers and dependencies

Work blocked by work, longest first, and how much waits on each item through the whole chain.

Pace

Velocity, Flow, Sprints, Your work

Committed against completed, items finished per week, sprints at risk, and your own most urgent items.

Shaped by its owner

Computed, not written

Every figure on the dashboard is computed from the data. Nothing on it is written by AI.
