Your dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see, and it is yours to shape. It starts with panels chosen for your role, covers everything you can see, and every panel links to its full list.
The toolbar
Under the greeting, one toolbar stays pinned as you scroll. A change to a filter is saved at once.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dashboard name | Switch between your dashboards. |
| Projects | What the dashboard covers: All 6 projects, or an account's name. Tick accounts, programmes or projects. A whole account or programme stays whole, so projects added later join on their own. The star marks a focus project, shown first in panels that show one project. |
| Window | How far Milestones and Releases look ahead (30, 60 or 90 days) and how far Flow looks back (4, 8 or 12 weeks). |
| View | A saved scope and window, such as Northwind or Late only. Save as a view… names what the bar shows; Update saves a change into it. |
| Customise · ⋯ | Rearrange panels; make, duplicate, reset or delete dashboards. |
Key figures
A strip of counts across the top: projects off track, milestones late, items blocked over two days, projects with a staffing gap, weekly statuses due and budgets off plan. Each says how it changed since the same day last week (up is worse for every one), and opens its page filtered to that problem. Configure chooses which to show.
Needs attention
What is wrong across the dashboard's projects, Act before Watch, each with one link to deal with it: your own decisions (leave to approve, work without an estimate), health warnings, work blocked over two days, new intake reports where you triage, and a sprint starting within three days with nothing in it.
- Snooze hides a row until tomorrow; Done hides it until what it says changes.
- All 13 to look at opens Portfolio›Needs attention, with filters and a Put away list to bring rows back.
The panels
| Panel | Shows | Its link opens |
|---|---|---|
| Health | Up to six projects with reasons; a grid up to twenty; totals by account beyond that. | Portfolio › Health |
| Milestones | Late, at risk and due in the window, worst first. | Portfolio › Milestones |
| Releases | Late releases first, then the soonest due, with progress. | Portfolio › Releases |
| Sprints | Active sprints off track or at risk, and those ending in three days. | Portfolio › Sprints |
| Staffing | The five biggest gaps over the next four weeks. | Portfolio › Staffing |
| Budget burn | Each project read on what its model is paid on; the five furthest off plan. | Portfolio › Budget |
| Blockers and dependencies | Open work blocked by open work, longest first, and how much waits on each. | Portfolio › Blockers |
| Velocity · Flow | Committed against completed per sprint; items finished per week. | Portfolio › Trends |
| Reports | Each project's weekly status this period, due and draft first, then the latest delivery reports. | Portfolio › Weekly status |
| Your work · Intake | Your five most urgent items; new intake reports where you triage. | Your items; the project's queue |
Administrators can also add People, Projects, AI usage and Imports panels about the organisation.
Customising
- Choose Customise. Each panel shows a small toolbar.
- Move and size. Drag a panel by its grip; drag its bottom-right corner to resize, or use Size from the keyboard.
- Add panel opens the gallery: Delivery, Plan, People, Money, Reports and Admin, each with a picture and who sees its data. A panel can be added twice, for example a second Milestones for other projects.
- Save. Nothing changes until you do.
Configure in a panel's ⋯ menu sets its title, width, projects and its own options, with a live preview. A panel narrowed to chosen projects says so beside its headline.
Several dashboards
From ⋯: New dashboard, duplicate this one, make it your home, reset it to your role's starting panels, or delete it. A dashboard per client is a common pattern.
Every figure on the dashboard is computed from the data. A project without enough data says so (No completed sprints yet) rather than showing zeros.
